The last name and Penalty Fare Notice number you enter should be exactly
the same as those printed on the notice.
The amount due may also include administration fees if payment is not made within 21 days, beginning with the day after the day on which the penalty fare is issued.
Please note payment will not be accepted unless the full amount shown is paid.
